About The Cervical Vaccine Clinic

The Cervical Vaccine Clinic is a unique partnership between the experienced GPs of Guilsborough Surgery and Consultant Gynaecologist Mr Clive Aldrich.

Together, they offer extensive expertise in women's healthcare and vaccination programmes at the Cervical Vaccine Clinic, based at the Guilsborough Surgery in Northamptonshire.


Who You Will See At The Cervical Vaccine Clinic?
Starting in 2007, the Cervical Vaccine Clinic will be held on Saturday mornings.

The GPs at Guilsborough will focus on seeing young women aged between 9 and 15 years, to discuss the cervical cancer vaccine. The GPs’ experience and expertise in dealing with a wide range of women’s health issues really helps put both young women and their mothers at ease. The vaccine will be administered by an experienced practice nurse.

Mr Aldrich will focus on women aged between 16 and 26, and can discuss a range of concerns related to cervical conditions. Your cervical cancer vaccine will be administered by a practice nurse, allowing busy working women more flexibility in their vaccination appointment times.

About Mr Clive Aldrich
Mr Clive Aldrich DM, FRCOG is a consultant gynaecologist and obstetrician based at BMI Three Shires and the highly regarded obstetrics and gynaecology department at Northampton General Hospital.


An Experienced And Accredited Colposcopist
As a member of The British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology, Mr Aldrich holds regular colposcopy clinics both for NHS and private patients. He has over 10 years senior experience in the prevention, screening, diagnosis, and management of cervical disease.

Mr Aldrich has held membership of several major organisations concerned with women's healthcare, including
